1 General Provisions

89bda is an online casino and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bonuses, and financial transactions on 89bda. • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

New members at 89bda can receive up to 120% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

• A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus).
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus; total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw winnings from that ৳1,200 bonus, a wager of 20× = ৳24,000 must be placed.
• For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies; example: ৳10,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳15,000.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 89bda reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses apply only to accounts registered with real money.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

89bda's VIP program has three tiers. Players can move up to a higher tier based on regular play:

• Bronze tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP benefits include higher cashback rates, priority customer support, and exclusive offers. VIP benefits apply only to active accounts, and 89bda reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

Cashback will be credited to your account each week and may also be subject to wagering requirements similar to bonuses.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed for all gaming and betting activity on 89bda:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. Please read the rules carefully before playing.
• If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, 89bda may cancel that round and refund the wagered amount.
• In sports betting, if a match does not take place or is cancelled, the wager will be refunded.

89bda reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents required for account verification in a timely manner.

• At the user's own request to voluntarily close the account.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Before an account is closed, any bonus funds will be deducted from the user's balance and an attempt will be made to return the remaining net funds, unless the account is involved in any prohibited activity.
